Founder & Managing Director
James is a highly experienced youth worker who has dedicated his career to empowering individuals across the Northern Territory. With a strong background in community engagement, James has worked extensively in schools, support services, and outreach programs, delivering impactful programs that create lasting change.
James has significant experience facilitating domestic violence programs in high schools, where he continues to educate and empower young people to make positive choices. His deep understanding of social issues, mentorship, and disability support ensures that every participant at The Good Fight Community Services receives high-quality, compassionate care.
As the Managing Director of TGFCS, James is committed to maintaining excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement in all aspects of service delivery.
